Residential Installation Fee – $149.95 (non-refundable)
- Installation includes the mounting radio/antenna unit; up to 65 feet of Cat5 cable; mount; power supply and one Ethernet jumper from injector to customer owned equipment (computer or router).
- Installation includes one wall penetration and one floor penetration for cable run. We do not do wall fishing or use wall plates in our installation.
- All installed equipment remains the property of Simtronics

- Due to the high cost of 900mhz (non-line of sight) equipment, we must charge a higher install fee

- 900mhz service is NOT available in every market area – you will be notified if this option is available to you at your location. We always try to install standard equipment when possible.
Non-Standard Installation Options:
- Roof Tripod mount option (required to meet line of sight requirements) – add $50.00 to installation fee
- Roof Tripod mount and External Antenna option – add $110.00 to the installation fee
- Remote location mounting – It may be required to have a 5-6 foot pipe placed in the ground away from your structure in order to obtain necessary line of site. This requires a pipe to be set in concrete and conduit trenched from the structure on pipe mount. We do not do this type of work and recommend the property owner to arrange this work. If this is your only option, our field tech will review this option with you and quote any additional fees from us. To be Quoted Only.
- Cat5 runs over 65 feet – additional Cat5 charge – $0.20 per foot
